“I’m Jackie” offers a service based on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms. We work as a proxy between advertisers and platforms by running ads on behalf of our clients with the focus of providing results to them. Still, we are not responsible for any misuse, problems on the platforms, or violation of their policies.
By checking our terms and conditions, you are also accepting the following Terms and Conditions:
We remind you that as an advertiser, you are fully responsible for the use of the platform and following all the directives and policies on every platform.
We’ll charge your credit card with your monthly fee accoording to your selected packacge at the beginning of every billing cycle, which is once a month or once a year.
We will use up to 80% of the fee to invest in digital ads, optimization tools, and to cover management costs. The remaining fee will be used to cover our technology, and support fees.
If you cancel your campaign, we’ll stop the billing cycle.
In the case you’ve canceled a campaign without spending all your budget, you can choose to either assign the budget to a new campaign or request a refund.
Commissions and fees that might apply
In some cases, transaction fees might apply. For some credit cards, we need to charge a 4% transaction fee, which we will deduct from your budget (not added to your payment). For example, if you invest $ 100.- and your card is subject to a transaction fee, we’ll deduct $ 4.- from your budget instead of charging you with $ 104.-
Most advertising platforms are focused on clicks and impressions. Advertising on a specific keyword on Google, or to a specific audience on Facebook, does not mean that everyone who searches for that keyword or is part of that audience will see your ad.
The platform must bid to gain access, and the number of times that it shows your ad, as well as how many clicks will receive, is subject to the bidding process.
The competition for any specific keyword, as well as the budget you are investing in, are also critical factors.
Considering these variations, we cannot guarantee any results in terms of leads generated with a specific budget.
It might happen that after a month, you get 0 leads. This might be related to the difficulty to get leads in a specific sector due to competition increase, high bidding prices, etc.
“I’m Jackie” works with US dollars. All of the options you select that includes any monetary value are expressed in US dollars and your credit card will be charged in that currency or converted at the current exchange rate by the payment gateway.
